Transport System Guidelines

To ensure the safety, punctuality, and smooth functioning of the school transport system, the following guidelines must be strictly followed by students and parents:

  • Students must arrive at their designated pickup points at least five minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Similarly, parents or guardians receiving the students at the drop-off point should be present ahead of the scheduled arrival to avoid delays and ensure student safety.
  • In case a student is on leave or will not be availing the school transport on a particular day, parents must inform the designated transport contact number at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. This helps in avoiding unnecessary waiting and delays for other students.
  • Students should wait for the school vehicle at a safe distance from the main road. Standing close to traffic areas poses safety risks and should be strictly avoided.
  • Transport fees are charged on a monthly basis. Even if a student avails the van service only for a few days in a month, the full monthly fee will be applicable and collected in full. There are no provisions for partial or daily charges.
  • If parents wish to discontinue the use of school transport, a written notice must be submitted at least 15 days in advance. This notice should be addressed to the school office for record and operational adjustment purposes.
  • Van fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances and will not be adjusted against any other dues or future payments of the student.

The school transport system is designed for the convenience and safety of students. We request the cooperation of all parents and guardians in adhering to these policies and helping us ensure an organized and reliable transport experience for all.
